orange city arts council

Orange City has a thriving arts sector. Not only are there regular performances from Northwestern College’s Music and Theatre departments, Orange City Arts brings world class artists and performers right here to our doorstep.

Each summer, enjoy free performances every Wednesday evening from June-August in downtown’s Windmill Square. Or register for an art class, anytime — Orange City Arts provides an eclectic mix of art classes and workshops for all ages. Or tour occasional art exhibits, featuring professional and semi-professional artists from a 350-mile radius. During the school year, become a season ticket holder and attend nationally and internationally acclaimed performances in dance, music, and theatre.

You can join the locals and pick up your trumpet or drumsticks and be a part of the Orange City Area Community Band! Whatever your talent is, Orange City has a place for you.
