Lisa Laird of Pockets Full of Fun puppets is offering another class in puppet making and performing at the Orange City town hall community room. Dates are Saturday, January 28 and Saturday, February 4. Children, grades K-5, will make several types of puppets. The classes will conclude with a show for parents and friends.

According to Janine Calsbeek of the Orange City Arts Council, after Laird’s puppet classes last year, the children requested more classes. And after hosting Laird at Orange City Christian School, a teacher said, “The hardest part was to get students to STOP making puppets!”

Two class sessions will be held, meeting from 9:00–11:40am on both Saturdays, with a program at 11:45am February 4.

Fee is $25 per child prior to January 23. After January 23, the fee is $35.
