Our fitness assessments include general tests of cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, blood pressure, body composition, and more. In addition, each session includes one exercise plan. By appointment.

Nutritional Analysis & Meal Planning
With our specialized meal planning software program we can perform two basic services: dietary analysis and meal planning. We will take a look at your current eating habits and educate you on what you can do to achieve any goals you have in mind. By appointment.

Trainer Bios
Kristin Lassen
Kristin is a 2003 graduate of Northwestern College, IA, with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Training experience was gained while in college, and she held the American Council on Exercise personal training certification from 2001-2005. Originally from Springfield, MN, Kristin participated in high school cross country, basketball, volleyball, and track, continuing with track and cross country while attending Northwestern. She currently runs and competes in races from 5K to marathon (most notably Boston 2006) and the occasional triathlon. Kristin resides south of Orange City with her husband, Dan, and daughter, Kienna. Hobbies include painting, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and puppy.
Rachel Franklin
Rachelis a 2008 graduate of Buena Vista University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science/sports fitness management. During the past two years she led classes at a fitness gym and in the community, both increasing her passion for helping people pursue a healthy life. Hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and doing craft projects. As your trainer, she will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve all of your fitness goals.
