The goal for Kids Functional Fitness is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports…and of course, to show them that fitness can be fun! We will start class every day with some stretching and go over some basic fitness foundational movements. We will have a WOD (Workout of the Day) and end the class with a fun game. For ages 4 and up, this class will introduce children to proper form for exercising, and help keep them active!
