The City of Orange City Customer Appreciation Picnic is planned for Wednesday evening, July 22, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the downtown Windmill Park. City Council and City employees will be serving up grilled sandwiches, chips, watermelon and Poffertjes. The meal is provided by Orange City Municipal Utilities, and Poffertjes provided by Tulips Festival Steering Committee and Dutch Heritage Boosters.
