Orange City will be conducting a groundbreaking for a new apartment and townhouse project on the south edge of Orange City, the event will take place on Tuesday, October 23rd at 11:00 am. The new development will be located in the Puddle Jumper #9 housing addition and the groundbreaking ceremony will take place on 15th St SE.
