A perennial favorite, local musicians under the direction of Dan Mangold play everything from big band hits to movies and show tunes to patriotic melodies with a personal touch.

About the Orange City Area Community Band:

About 50 members strong, the Community Band rehearses and plays together throughout the summer. Led by MOC-FV High School Band Director Dan Mangold, the Band is comprised of a wide range of ages and ability levels and is built on the philosophy that music can continue to be a regular part of life for all of us. Band members are paid for rehearsals and performances and are an important part of the Onstage program.
