Blue Mountain Culinary Emporium was opened in 2005 to, quite simply, bring a great restaurant to the area. Blue Mountain Culinary Emporium consists of three distinct eateries boasting different styles from around the world. Blue Mountain opened in 2005 with the Passport Club, then followed with the Smokehouse Grille and finally, the Lodge. Each eatery has different styles and all linked by our love for local, quality products and foods made from scratch, not to mention our desire to highlight our favorite cooking techniques: wood-fire, hardwood charcoal, and smoke. In addition to the three eateries, we have expanded to include The Barn at Blue Mountain. The Barn serves as a perfect party and event space for on-site catering of parties up to 150 guests.
