Welcome New Code Enforcement Officer – Brian Tooker

Brian Tooker was born and raised in Orange City and graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College.

He has built a strong professional career, including managing client relations and sales territory at Pella Manufacturing & Sales, as well as handling project administration and brand implementation for Pizza Ranch Construction.

In July 2024, Tooker joined the Northwestern College Red Raiders track and field coaching staff, where he works with the sprinters.

Tooker lives in Orange City with his wife, Crisinda, and their two children, Kaleigh and Jackson.
