Florida Ave NW and 7th St NW Intersection Closure

The intersection of Florida Ave NW and 7th St NW will be completely shutdown starting July 24 for reconstruction. Estimated construction will take 2 weeks.

Milling is complete along 7th St N From Florida NW to Frankfort Ave NE

Asphalt Paving will begin 8/5/26, moving west to east for the next 10 days

Residents can still travel on this road, however it is recommended only if you live along this stretch of road.

If you do not have to be on this road, please take an alternate route.

Heavy equipment, truck traffic and rough road are all hazards during this process

Arizona NW and 7th St NW Intersection Closure

This intersection will be completely closed Thursday August 6th, 2026 from 7am to 7pm.

During this time residents that live on Arizona north of 7th will not have access. This has been communicated with them via door hangers.

Anyone traveling down 7th St will need to take an alternate route.
