Crittenton Center Orange City Child Development – Shade Structure and Outdoor Learning Centers
In receiving updated price quotes and options for the shade structure, as well as ongoing review of how the current playground spaces at the Orange City Child Development Center are utilized, Crittenton Center has determined the best option for shade structures is to have multiple shade and activity options for the children, This would allow children of varying age groups and various locations in the playground to benefit from the structures.
Crittenton Center has purchased three 12’ x 10’ shade structures that will be placed strategically around the playground to be utilized by the maximum number of children at various times during the day. A large sandbox has also been purchased for the Outdoor Learning Centers. Anticipated delivery and installation of these items is August 21, 2025.
