Woudstra Family Park Dedication Ceremony – May 27

The City of Orange City invites the community to attend the dedication of Woudstra Family Park on Wednesday, May 27, at 11:30 a.m. Members of the Woudstra family will be present for a brief dedication program followed by refreshments.

In September, the City Council officially approved renaming Puddle Jumper Park to Woudstra Family Park in honor of their generations of service to Orange City.

The park sign recognizes three generations of Woudstra family members who served on the Orange City City Council:

James Woudstra from 1964–1974
Leroy Woudstra from 1976–1994
Earl Woudstra from 1999–2019
