Survey of Childcare Needs

Orange City Area Daycare Task Force has contracted with Crittenton Center (www.crittentoncenter.org) to complete an assessment of the current childcare needs in the Orange City area. We are asking for parents to complete a survey! Your responses will help us better understand any current childcare-related challenges impacting children and families, as well as opportunities available. This survey should take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain anonymous. Please complete only ONE survey per household. Thank you for your time!
