City Staff Launch Online Utilities
While the street department has been busy keeping our streets safe and drivable, the Orange City office staff has been working hard to bring new and exciting changes. With these changes, we are excited to share the launch of online utilities!
On our utilities online website, you can:
- View water, electric, and gas graphs comparing this year to last year usage
- Manage your utility account(s)
- View account detail
- View transactions
- Update contact information
For access, sign in/register at: municipalonlinepayments.com/orangecityia
Notice there are options to pay your bill or enroll in auto pay online. These options do include fees. We do offer free automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings bank account. To sign up, for the free option, you can either visit us at city hall to fill out a form or go to our online website https://orangecityiowa.com/. Hover over “how do i?” in the toolbar and scroll down to “municipal utility automatic withdraw”. Fill out and follow the instructions on the form to return.
