Dear Orange City Resident:

The City of Orange City will be hosting an informational meeting on current and future housing options in Orange City. The open house will be on Saturday, January 11, 10:00 AM at the Prairie Winds Event Center, 908 8th St SE, Orange City.

Included in the discussion will be the former MOC-FV Elementary site, specifically the Porches concept that Vision Builders has proposed.  We will also be reviewing other housing projects including future ideas for rental properties, continued development of the Puddle Jumper area, Gelderland addition, the Canals area and North Weiland.
