Grant Awarded to Study Traffic and Pedestrian Flow Along Highway 10 Corridor
The City was recently awarded a Traffic Engineering Assistance Program (TEAP) grant from the Iowa DOT to study traffic and pedestrian flow along the Highway 10 corridor. Specific areas of the study include the NWC campus as well as the MOCFV high school area. Eight cameras were installed yesterday to monitor traffic and pedestrian movements. Engineers will use this information to provide potential ways to increase safety along Highway 10.
