New Utility Bill Look

The office staff has been preparing for and working hard on upgrading our utility billing software!

You may have noticed your new bill format, which includes an additional graph showing your water usage. This software upgrade will be bringing new options to you, our customers!

• Go “green” and receive your bill by email (email shawnl@orangecityiowa.com to sign up for this option)
• New third graph on your bill showing your water usage
• As always, sign up for automatic withdrawal from your bank account on the due date Auto Payment Request Form

Items we are still working on that will be available soon:

• Pay your bill from anywhere with online bill pay (fees do apply)
• View your account information, including usages, payments, etc. online
• Enhanced security for your on-line safety
• Help us improve our communication with you – make sure we have your up-to-date phone number so you can receive a phone call or text message about service interruptions and other important city information
