Meet Ryan Sandbulte – Our Newest Graduate of The Des Moines Police Academy

Orange City Police Department is glad to welcome Ryan Sandbulte to their team. A proud alumnus of MOC-FV, Ryan earned his Exercise Science degree from Wartburg College in 2010.

He has dedicated a decade of service to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office as a Corrections Officer and Reserve Deputy Sheriff (from 2012 to 2022.) Ryan also contributed to the Orange City Police Department as a Reserve Police Officer from 2014 to 2023. In 2022, he transitioned into a new role as a Corrections Officer at the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office.

Now a resident of Orange City, Ryan and his family enjoy various outdoor activities such as camping, boating, hunting, fishing, weight lifting, and trail running.

We extend a warm welcome to Ryan and look forward to the valuable contributions he will make to our community.
