Every culture has a type of turnover in its food history. Come to the City Hall kitchen (via the north door) on August 22 at 5:30 pm to learn how to make samosas, a spiced-potato turnover from India and Pakistan.
If you have an Air Fryer, please bring it to the class along with cutting boards, knives, and rolling pins. All other supplies will be provided.
This event is limited to adults ages 18 and up.
