Progress Continues on Development Opportunities

In response to the continued need for additional development opportunities for both commercial and residential lots, Orange City offers the Commercieel Centrum development and the Gelderland Addition.

The Commercieel Centrum Development:

The development directly east and north of the roundabout is an Orange City Development Corporation (OCDC) project and will be completed at the same time as the roundabout in mid-August. OCDC is working directly with potential commercial developments for this area. The Gelderland Addition:

The Gelderland Addition (adjacent to the new elementary school) has 18 lots for custom residential development, and will likely see construction of several spec homes later in this year. Work with your contractor or realtor for more information!
