Learn to cook authentic international cuisines! Amateur local chefs will offer an affordable, fun and delicious class, focusing on ingredients, cooking techniques and chef’s secrets. You’ll leave the class totally stuffed, and able to prepare the dishes at home. Learn how to make: Paella (a Spanish rice and seafood dish) from Nate; Huaraches with Tinga (extra thick tortillas with shredded chipotle chicken) from Amanda; and authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food with ground pork and rice from Grace. The bonus is a sushi-making lesson. No cooking experience or expensive equipment required.
