Join us for a morning session of yoga at Dunlop Park. Yoga is a time for you to be present, not thinking of what you are going to do in the next hour, or what you have done, but to just be in the moment. Concentrating on your breathing and your physical movements creates a stillness in you that can help lower blood pressure and daily stress… leaving you calm, but energized.
